At last, it is March, the third month of the year. Many significant energies are swirling around this month, throughout it all, the number 3 holds the vibration of communication. Last month, February was seen as a straight line connecting two points. This month, March is seen as a triangle. The new point represents the impartial observer, outside the linear movement and duality held on the linear plain. Honest communication occurs when we step back and pause a bit before responding, allowing us to process instead of react. Hence the triangle, the point beside the linear progression.
It is widely held that Nicola Tesla believed that the number progressions of 3-6-9 were the key to the universe. He found many ways to justify this in his inventions and theories. We do not need to be a Tesla scholar to use this information to our benefit, since this is a 9-year, (2+0+2+5=9), there are three days: 3/6, 3/15(1+5=6), 3/24, (2+4=6) that resonate to the 3-6-9 energy. If you see the value of this, take the time during your day to pause and state your intentions for manifestation. You may be wonderfully surprised at the results.
At the end of February, Mars stationed direct. It is an energetic masculine energy. On March 1st, Venus, a feminine energy, begins its retrograde, radiating a subtle influence that will be played out this month. The masculine has been eager to assert itself, while the feminine will quietly influence relationships. Venus is often associated with the power of love and the expansion of the heart. We can take this a step further. The right side of the brain, the feminine, the nurturer, is the feminine, and the left represents the masculine, the logical. Since this month is all about communication, a Mudra (a yogic hand position) fosters the link between the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Hold your hands in front of you, spread your fingers apart and gently bring your finger tips together, including the thumbs. Let all your fingertips touch at once. Breathe in, with your tongue touching the top of your mouth, and relax the tongue when you exhale. This mudra stimulates the brain’s connective tissue, the corpus callosum. Any time we can improve masculine/feminine communication, we will be doing an excellent service to humanity.
Significant dates:
March 13th, a Blood Moon Eclipse. It’s a total lunar eclipse with a slowdown effect to reflect and meditate on where we have been and are going. Take the time to focus on any insights you experience, honoring the critical insights and how best to integrate the information.
March 20th, the Vernal Equinox, the Astrological New Year, the beginning of spring. Hooray!!! This winter has been so cold that spring couldn’t come soon enough. The Equinox is the transition from one season to another and for us it can mean from one reality to the next manifestation. Take the time to intentionally align your inner and outer reality to your highest possible reality.
March 29th is the Solar Eclipse. Both the Blood Moon eclipse on the 13th and this Solar Eclipse represent transformation. Depending on the work you have been doing for the last couple of years, this can have a huge shift in your reality or bring a subtle change. We all will experience change; it can be gentle and affirming or upheaval. The difference is in how much we pay attention and how willing we are to focus on spiritual matters rather than be distracted by chaos.
The theme of the month is communication. Perhaps the most significant is with our inner child. Be gentle and nurturing to yourself.
