NEW EARTH NUMEROLOGY VOL.XVIII. SEPT.2022

Happy dog days of summer and the beginning of September! It’s the ninth month of the year, having everything to do with completion and resolution. We are preparing for the new beginning held by October, the 10^th month, and the Autumn Equinox, Sept 22/23. (more later). The hot air balloons symbolize climbing to higher ground. We have been downloading insights and packets of energy from higher dimensions. We’ve been nurtured by universal and cosmic energy that has prepared us as fertile ground within our hearts to resolve and complete old issues that have held us back.

It’s called New Earth Numerology because we are actually standing on higher ground, holding an expanded consciousness for humanity. To continue with the balloon imagery, we know the basket can only hold so much baggage. We need to be clear about what we take on this journey. Some luggage is ancient emotions, perhaps some heartaches, or commitments to people unwilling to release their burdens. All of this clutters the basket and prevents the ascension.

The equinox is the changeover, from summer to fall, growth to harvest, from insight to resolution. When we have spent so much time examining our histories over the last couple of months, we reach a point when the component parts reveal the story’s truth. This equinox energy allows the opportunity to find harmony and balance, acceptance and release.

September also has Mercury joining other planets in retrograde. This is not unusual. However, it is uncommon for Mars to join the other planets in retrograde. It is a sign to slow down and reflect. All these planets are giving the same message. Pay attention, and notice that the aggressive irritable energy of Mars is quieting down. Make room within to feel this transition, and if possible, picture the hot air balloons full of harmonious energy filling the sky all around us.

NEW EARTH NUMEROLOGY VOL. XVII, AUG.2022

Happy Summertime to us all. August has amazing energy swirling around this month. Of course, there is the Lionsgate to notice, the unusual alignment of Uranus, the North Node and Mars, and the powerful number eight.

Let’s begin with the number. Eight represents prosperity and abundance and symbolizes infinity when you see it horizontally. It can point to an infinite flow of good fortune when we are aligned to our mission and purpose. It goes without saying that we need to make sure we are intentional about aligning to allow this flow to occur. It seems evident that eight is composed of four above and four below. It is a reminder that prosperity is supported by the “structure of the heart” on a spiritual plane and the physical, above and below.

A brief story. I was aware of two men visiting a coffee shop. One guy, very well dressed in the latest fashions, designer shoes, a briefcase, and a fountain pen to record phone numbers on his leather-covered pad. The other guy seemed eager to catch up with his friend, in casual dress, sandals, and free of any notebooks, while the first guy seemed irritated by his distant parking spot and the other drivers. The agreeable guy appeared to appreciate the beautiful weather and the pastry in the shop.

I felt that the casual guy appreciated life more than the guy who appeared more prosperous. Gratitude and perspective add to one’s prosperity. You are acknowledging how fortunate you are, and it draws more good fortune to you. If you can feel the prosperity in your bones and your heart, you become a co-creator of prosperity. Take the time to express your gratitude. It’s an essential ingredient in the abundance equation.

In the first week of August, in the sign of Leo, the planet Uranus aligns with the North Node, a purely mathematical point in the Zodiac, assisting us in aligning to our true Authentic Self. To complicate this, Mars is also in alignment with Uranus and the North Node. This alignment is very unusual, not reoccurring in our lifetime. Mars can bring a great deal of energy to the party, yet it is the planet of war. It can trigger a great deal of irritability and conflict. Uranus is powerful, and with clear intention, we can capitalize on the alignment with our Authentic Selves. We have the opportunity to manifest our divine purpose and experience the divine mission we agreed to as a soul coming to this planet.

The Lionsgate is most intensely felt on August eighth, 8/8. It will be powerful all month, yet 8/8, 8/17, and 8/26 are the high points. The Lionsgate is a portal activated by the star Sirius. The ancients believed that Sirius was a way into the home of higher vibrational beings. Also, Sirius holds solar energy to nourish our spirit while our Sun nourishes our physical body. Enjoy the summertime sun in healthy ways without getting burnt, and allow your bodies to be rejuvenated.

It is so fortunate that the alignment of Uranus is so close to the Lionsgate because the clearer we see our Authentic Self, the easier it is for us to integrate this Sirius Solar energy. The Lionsgate is opening us to receive inspiration, insight, and courage to be ourselves. Even though you might have been born under a different Zodiac sign, we are living at a time when we can internalize the lessons of all the signs.

NEW EARTH NUMEROLOGY VOL.XVI, JULY 2022

Recently, the question came up “is numerology a science?” To my surprise, wiki says it is less a science than a belief system. If that is true, then Pythagoras and Einstein had a considerable belief in the value of numbers. Both thinkers, scientists, and philosophers believed that everything in the universe vibrates and can be measured, and numbers indicate this value.

This blog is meant to focus on the value of the number 7. July is the seventh month, and three days hold the 77 frequency, namely July 7, July 16, and July 25. I intend to focus on the vibration held by the seven. It generally represents spirituality. This spiritual energy is not religious. It is more metaphysical, like the qualities of love, compassion, caring, consideration, and openness to the unusual. It is a willingness to see the sense of what is beyond logic. The logic tends to be linear. The metaphysical can be circular or spiral, or even wave energy. The seven frequency can embrace all of the above and more. Those three days of 77 energy are a magnified time of this energy.

Here’s a story that can be helpful. A few years ago, Linda led a group of very focused students and myself to Hawaii. The intent was to visit several sacred sites on the different islands to use sound healing techniques to give thanks to Mother Earth, add healing energy to that sacred area, and assist in our journey of ascension healing. The short version of this very complex trip was exactly that, a trip. While preparing to set up under a magnificent Banyan tree, Linda tripped and injured her wrist. She and I left the other women and found a public washroom where she could clean up and compose herself. She was in considerable pain. We live our life knowing that there are no accidents or coincidences. Everything is a lesson to be learned or is creating a new opportunity. While we stepped away, the other women followed their intuition and stood in a magical space created by the roots/trunks of the tree. They were inspired to tone sacred sounds, from their heart, in both appreciation for the beauty of the space and to spread sonic healing energy to the Banyan tree. Much to their surprise, the singing, even though it was subtle, caught the attention of a Hawaiian man, and he was compelled to introduce himself. We later learned he was a direct descendant of the Queen of Hawaii. He said that the singing resonated with his people’s ancient sounds, and he had to know who we were and our intention. He was a guide and offered to take us to some sacred sites reserved for his people. We agreed to meet a couple of days later.

In the meantime, we had an agenda to swim with the dolphins. We were guided to hire a woman with a boat and a crew. She was to take us out to a favorite dolphin place in the ocean. I somehow had the idea that we were going to a secluded cove to swim with the dolphins, near the shore, something like a Disney movie. Imagine what was going on with me when this substantial fishing boat headed out to deep waters, miles into the ocean, and my tendency to seasickness kicked in. Oh, Baby! Not pretty. However, life goes on. This beautiful young captain had a dog and another gal on her crew, and she explained that her cute little furry dog was a “dolphin whisperer”. When the captain guided the boat to a spot where the dolphins generally swam, the puppy dog would bark and signal the dolphins were coming.

The puppy barked, and we did not see the dolphins. This went on for a while, and still no sightings. Finally, the captain encouraged us to put on our snorkeling gear, slip into the water, and look for ourselves. Again, I was freaking out since I had no experience in deep water like that but was totally inspired by Linda’s courage and ease with the adventure. The captain got into the water with us and monitored the whereabouts of each one of us. Swim freely but within a reasonable distance of each other.

Meanwhile, the crew on the boat was barking as if dolphins surrounded the ship. Linda was swimming as if she didn’t have a brace on her wrist and was pain-free. We were in the water for a long time. When we climbed back onto the boat, we all reported similar sensations. It seemed like there was a “presence” above and below us. At times it almost felt like something brushed up against us. There were times when I thought I saw dolphins around me. We muscle tested several times that this captain was the perfect person for this part of the journey and none of us felt cheated by the lack of dolphins. The captain brought us back to shore and observed that the dolphins were sonic mammals. They communicate with all dolphins at all times using a sound network carried by the Earth’s water. Captain felt that the dolphins rarely encounter other sonic beings and chose to connect with us sonically rather than in physical form. We all know that the dolphins have had a very solemn contract to hold spiritual energy here on Earth for years. Recently, the waters of the Earth have become so polluted with chaotic noise that the horses have joined the dolphins in this global mission.

Once we were on solid ground, it was easy to visit with the captain. We shared our story, and she was bold enough to ask if we had time to see her Mom nearby. She could use some healing energy. The visit with her Mom was beautiful, and she asked us about our plans for the rest of the day. We told her we were on our way to spend the night on the volcano. She asked where? We said that we hadn’t made any reservations yet. Oh! not good. Those sites are booked up months in advance. But hold on, the captain had a friend she could call. Sure enough, her friend knew of a cancellation, and she took care of it for us.

Hooray! We were off to the next adventure. There are other stories about the volcano, the Banyan tree, and the time with the beautiful Hawaiian, but they have to wait for another time. I feel that the story here encourages us to follow our intuition and muscle testing. It is not always logical. Just to let you know, the time swimming in the saltwater reduced the swelling and soreness of Linda’s wrist. She no longer needed the brace. The time we spent in Hawaii was magical at a very high frequency. This July holds a particular time called the Sirius Gateway, from 7/3-7/7. It is a time when the spiritual and the physical are in alignment. It represents freedom and alignment with Sirius energy coming in through this gateway, through our crown, and integrating with our physical reality. Some of us might be able to see it as a blue light coming in through the crown. Next month, on August 8, we will experience the Lionsgate energy. These two energies will have a magnified connection when the Sun and Sirius align at that time, on 8/08/2022. Our intentions are the key, beginning at the Sirius Gateway to the Lionsgate.

To add another dimension to all of this is the Super Full Moon on 7/13/22. This full moon will prompt us to take full responsibility for actions that have been harmful to ourselves and others. We often blame others for where we are in our life, and a master does not act like that. We grow in our mastery when we are profoundly reflective and willing to deal with all that is revealed. These qualities of love, compassion, and respect for others, particularly ourselves, are very close to the surface. Take advantage of this beautiful energy and align yourself through intention and sound.

NEW EARTH NUMEROLOGY VOL. XV,JUNE 2022

Welcome to June. Gemini season has already begun. Gemini is the sixth month and the twin energy, symbolizing a complex personality. The last blog promised some new insights into the meaning of sequence 666. Immediately we must acknowledge its’ biblical reference as the “sign of the beast .” Typically, I choose to focus on the positive aspect of a numerical frequency. My thinking is to foster the positive, and all the rest will take care of itself. In a significant portion of the collective belief of humanity, this energy is “beastly .” This belief precludes many people from seeing the number six’s awesomely positive attributes or realizing that 666 is an angel number.

The number six holds the family’s energy and manifests as the caring and nurturing Mother. It resonates with compassion and caring for others. The value of harmony in all things and situations is an essential ingredient in the family. The Mother is not the only one who can hold this energy, and anyone can if they choose to do so. If life experiences block the positive aspect, I can understand the beastly aspect surfacing.

This June will hold the 666 vibrations on three days, namely June 6^th and June 15^th, because 5+1=6, and June 24^th (2+4=6) and 2022=6.

Time for a condensed story to illustrate the complexity of this number.

My Dad was born on June 6^th,1923. (1+9=10, 2+3=5, 5+10=15, and then 5+1=6). So, Dad’s birth energy is 666. As a little boy, I knew very little about numerology, but we knew the beastly story in a very religious household. We did not make the connection about Dad’s birth number. The one thing we knew for sure was that our Dad was a severe disciplinarian. It would not be an exaggeration to say that I saw him as a monster. You should know that from childhood to adulthood, I did not follow “the rules” and, therefore …… the monster. You might as well ask, why always break the rules? I was a rebel. Most of my life was in some way affected by the early years. Along the way, Mom was the “Nurturer.”

Meanwhile, the baby of this large family, ten children, married, and his wife gave birth to a beautiful daughter born with Down’s syndrome. The extended family gathered around and made commitments to assist the parents with nurturing this needy child. Mom volunteered herself and Dad to help when needed. Many Down’s children have heart damage when they are born, and this sweet little one requires surgery. It just so happened that after the operation, the child could not be comforted by her parents or nurses. She cried in agony, and somehow Dad was next to the tiny cradle and reached out to her, and she found his thumb. In a short time, she held on and settled down and fell asleep. That moment marked the beginning of a special relationship that would define the two of them and how we perceived our father.

Soon after, Mom died from an aneurism probably brought on by a car accident. The family mourned for her loss and our loss of the nurturer. Who could have seen that the relationship between Dad and his grandchild would have revealed his nurturer? Not all of us felt that love in the same way. We witnessed it, yet there was the lingering question of “where was that when I needed that kind of love?”

Over the years, we saw Dad on the floor with her teaching her to crawl, reading storybooks, and playing with a ball. The teachers knew who to call when she was a problem at school and when her parents were at work. The nurturing of her parents and “Papa Tony” resulted in a beautiful young adult, full of love and light.

Skip ahead. For most of my life, my relationship with Dad was turbulent, to say the least. The little boy in me was quick to remind me of the monster. As Dad aged, he had several ministrokes. He needed to have assisted living, and he had the resources once he sold his house. Dad was fortunate to be in a place close to the family and near my place of business. After work or on my day off, I spent time with Dad. It often seemed like we were still stuck in the rebellious 60s and 70s of my earlier years, and it was a struggle to visit very long. I started to stay away, but something happened. There was a shift. It is hard to explain, and for now, I will call it “grace .” We began to see each other differently. Instead of him being rooted in his point of view and me equally rooted in mine, we seemed to find common ground and even see the others’ truth.

I started to see Dad as the little boy surviving the depression, going away to the Marines, serving four years in combat in WWII, and doing his best to begin a life and a family when he returned. As this newly insightful adult, I saw how he nurtured his Mother, his often sick wife, and a bunch of kids with a competing agenda.

I feel that my Dad epitomized someone who experienced the “beast within” and was able to go beyond that darkness and emerge into the light. He became the angelic aspect of 666. To go another step, I feel that all of us are challenged to acknowledge the dark part of life right now. To look at our inner self and be honest about the feelings of anger, hatred, and over-reaction to the evil we see being acted out on the world stage. Finally, we are being asked to choose a life that holds the “Nurturer” instead of the beast. I hope that this Gemini/June will be a time of embracing the twin aspects of ourselves. A time to love ourselves without judgment to nurture the healing of humanity and the beautiful planet we inhabit.

`NEW EARTH NUMEROLOGY VOL.XIV, MAY 2022

Here we are—almost the middle of May. There is so much going on in each one of our lives, and, as you can imagine, it is just like that for our outer world. The huge astrological event is the Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse, May 15^th-16^th.

Before we get into that, just a reminder, May is the fifth month. Five holds the vibratory frequency to discover your true freedom. Horses also represent freedom. Picture an open pasture or range without fences. Now see at the top of a hill the outline of the herd galloping at full speed toward you for no other reason than “because they can”. That’s them being horses, showing us who we can be. We need to discover who we really are.

Here is another image. A while back, Linda and I were asked to visit a ranch where several horses had not healed their injuries. We were invited to walk to a beautiful hill overlooking the ranch. Little by little, the horses who needed healing energy came over as if to introduce themselves. The owner, who was a marvelous healer and equestrian trainer was with us. She was amazed at what began to take place. One of the horses who had some issues, lay down in the tall grassy pasture and rolled around on his back. His feet up in the air. The trainer wanted us to realize how unusual this was. It was the most vulnerable a horse could be. Think about it, she said. Their strength is their ability to run away from danger or kick with their powerful feet. That beautiful animal being was showing us the inherent freedom in trust. The horses trusted the trainer and extended that trust to us. We learned so much from them, and in return, we channeled Sonic Reiki energy to these marvelous loving animals. We don’t need to go to the ranch to get in touch with this energy. The number five resonates with it. The frequency is here. It is up to us to “notice” what is going on.

This brings me to the phenomenon of May 10^th, Mercury is going retrograde. Nothing to worry about. It means slow down, pay attention, and notice all that has happened to you lately. Mercury is known as the messenger of the gods, or more specifically, of your subconscious mind. It means to take time to reflect. Create quiet time to notice insights already there and take ownership of them. They come from within us.

Another event on May 10^th is that Jupiter enters Aries and stays there ‘til Oct.28^th. Aries is the inner warrior. It can reveal a new path and hold the courage to embark on this exciting journey. Many of us have misgivings about doing something new and challenging, and this is the energy to get it going.

As significant as this Full Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse is, we must remember that April ended with a Solar New Moon Eclipse creating a portal between these two events. Generally, we state intentions about what we wish to create and manifest on the new moon. This particular time is doing this for us even when we are not paying attention. That is how powerful the energy is. The real beauty of it all is when we are conscious of the events and their significance, and the energy manifests in an authentic way. It is essential to know that the manifestation didn’t come from “out there”; the planetary energy triggers what has been brewing within us. The healthier we are physically, mentally and spiritually, the greater the manifestation into physical reality. I encourage us all to tune into the Sonic Reiki website and blog. Linda is constantly working on energy frequencies to support and revitalize our human self.

The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is often referred to as the blood moon because it has a pinkish/red glow. We should be able to see it around midnight on the 15^th. It represents powerful transformation energy. One can feel enhanced insights, and some might even sense their clairvoyance. The energy is such vital energy that it can activate our soul contract hidden deep within us.You might ask, is that logical? No! It’s not! It is a spiritual event.

Interestingly, Mercury’s retrograde is occurring and is precisely what we need. Look inward, and take time to recognize what is being shaken loose from our deep memory vault. If you follow what Linda has been writing, you will know that light energy comes to humans and we process and integrate these light frequencies. This is what she has been able to do with the music. The power becomes accessible to us in a manageable form. Each one of us is meant for a unique purpose. These energies of the eclipses, solar and lunar, are intended to trigger transformation from unconscious to conscious, from ordinary to extraordinary, from asleep to awake. The energy facilitates our strength and our resolve to act on the insights.

Another event on May 20^th is the Sun in alignment with the Pleiades. This energy is often referred to as a purple Ray. It is a powerful healing ray of light and can be called upon to facilitate deep healing for any troublesome issue in our past. Remember that this is all part of who we are and our original design. The eclipses trigger the aspect of ourselves that needs to be activated to be the best version of who we are deep within our genetic makeup. We can see that we are the Sun, the Moon, and the Planets. We are also our DNA/RNA, contained in our cells, our blood circulating the story of divine oneness.

One more heads-up. Next month is June, the sixth month. I intend to share some insights into the numerology and meaning of 666.

NEW EARTH NUMEROLOGY VOL.XIII, MARCH 2022

March is the third month, the trinitized energy represented by the triangle, and it holds the power of communication and sacred geometry. When creating or building something, the triangle is essential to the project’s strength. One of the most visible examples of its value is the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. Built by architects and engineers, the tower is a structure supported by countless triangles giving it strength and flexibility for all the world to see. The triangle is one Platonic solid and is considered the strongest geometric shape.

This trinitized energy is essential in structures yet equally significant in our sacred geometry and life communication. The real beauty of the trinitized power in our communication is when we are no longer caught in the duality of one versus the other point of view. If we can approach life with the objective of observing without judgment, we stand to expand our consciousness to a trinitized point of view. We have said before “to observe free of judgment is the highest form of intelligence .”Some have said that we must be neutral. However, that does not suggest inaction. Non-judgment indicates mindful action. When we hold the trinitized energy, we can distribute our strength throughout the structure, whether a tower or a social network. This month is an ideal time to focus on this creation triangle. March 2nd is Pisces’ new moon. We spent much of February looking at relations, and some were not healthy. The darkness and perhaps pain/anger will come up. Here is where we must exercise great self-love and non-judgment. Even though Pisces brings up this darkness, it also assists us in releasing the shackles created by non-loving situations. Here is a beautiful thing to remember. As March proceeds, there are no major planets in retrograde from this point forward. It is an ideal time to initiate our dreams that have been on the back shelf. Even if it is just a tiny movement, it will get a boost of energy from the universe to push ahead.

Speaking of this boost, March 20/21^st is the Vernal Equinox, the astrological new year. It is greatly influenced by Mars, which governs war. It is evident to humanity that the geopolitical stress and hardship created these days affect the whole world. Mars is complex energy, and we must remember that it also is considered the planet of action and motivation. It holds the power to push ahead, past your fears, and discover inner strength. This is what we must access to begin a new year with hope and resolve. We are co-creators of our reality.

NEW EARTH NUMEROLOGY VOL. XII, FEB. 2022

February can really be magical, as well as romantic. It starts with the last day of January, the 31^st. It is the new moon energy leading into February 1^st the beginning of the Lunar New Year. This is a very powerful time to state your intentions for the rest of the year. It is quite magical to know when to utilize and align to the energy available to all of us. Many of us have been clearing out old beliefs, memories, behaviors and patterns of interacting with people that no longer serve our growth. Now we have the room within us to manifest our new intentions. Keep in mind that the new moon energy can be noticed three days before and three days after. So relax, we have substantial opportunity available to create the reality we intent to manifest.

The story for February is found in the numerical pattern. We know that number two is all about relationships and the challenges of duality. Not just hot and cold, good and bad, positive and negative, it can be about being in alignment or out of alignment. These are some of the issues we will be seeing this month. It is significant to see that the number zero will be very visible this month as well as through this century. It is important for us to know that zero holds the potential deep within each and every one of us waiting to be activated and released. The potential for relationships to expand is particularly acute at this time. It can catapult to another level of expression when there is conscious intent and focus. On February 20^th, the sequence will read: 2/20/2022. Looking at the date written this way, the 20’s side by side jump out at us. Twenty-twenty can be seen as an Angel number calling out attention to the twin flame. It is the angels telling us that fidelity and trust is the most significant structural aspect of this magical relationship. I will remind us that a twin-flame isn’t just about us and another person. It is also about us & us. This relationship can be between our inner and outer world or between aspects like our left and right kidney, or each side of the brain.

There are other days that hold this magical potential. For example; 2/22/2022, all these 2’s add up to 12 and 1+2=3, pointing us once again to the importance of communication. In this case, call it divine communication. Also notice, 2/10, 2/20, and 2/28. 2+8 =10. These zeros hold a lot of potential for the relationship to magically go to another level. We need to honor these possibilities as we seek to enhance our life and growth. If you are already in an intimate relationship, this is the time to focus on the intimacy created by deeply felt communication built on trust and fidelity. If you are single, the very sweet potential is aligning to an honesty honoring one’s knowing yourself. This means that you are resonating to this frequency and projecting this to the external world. If it is your desire and intent to be in a relationship, it will happen. Like attracts like, state your intent aligned to your highest potential, aligned to your highest possibility within the divine field of all possibilities and of course, give thanks, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

A little story about “Potential”.

The Japanese/American sculptor, Isamu Noguchi choses to work with some of the hardest stone on the earth. He says it is because it holds the history of the earth and has the “potential” to reveal itself as a sculpture. Sometimes the stone will split in an unusual way, unanticipated by the artist. He says this is a gift. It is for us to understand what is being revealed. He also mentioned that one sculpture took nine years to complete. Not because he worked on it that long, but because of the lack of imagination to complete it. That feels very humble of him to say that. He went on to say that tools evolved along the way to allow him to release the sculpture from the stone.

I write about this here because I see the parallels in our work. We are being shone the potential for our evolution as ascended humans and finally our tools are being revealed to us. I am referring to Sonic Reiki and sound therapy. The entire universe ,as we know it is vibrational and it is vibrational frequencies that will assist us in our healing and alignment. Numbers can point the way for us on our journey toward self-actualization. Whether we are inspired by the stone or guided by angels, we are at a magical place in humanity’s journey.

New Earth Numerology VOL. XI JAN.2022

HAPPY HEALTHY BEAUTIFUL NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

This blog will be in multiple layers. The idea is to express the very many potential aspects, and story lines of the coming year we have already begun.

Let’s begin with the numbers. The number six has a strong vibration of the family. 2022 adds up to a six. The zero ( or zed) represents potential. Throughout the year we will be seeing it expressed as 22.

To begin with, 22 is a core master number. 2 is all about relationships.

When we see the 22 master number it expresses strength, structure, foundation, and stability. We see a square but when we draw a diagonal line within, there are two equal triangles. The triangle is the powerful number three, the most stable geometric shape. It is one of the core Platonic solids. So, within this square is the powerful master number 33. This is a key element in the quality of the structure of 22. The two triangles contribute the energy of mastery of communication that allows the master number 22 to be thought of as holding the greatest potential for success. Makes sense to me, that a foundation would be built on the ability to communicate as a master. Many of the children born at this time will be considered to be way ahead of their time. (Let’s be open to learning from them. We need all the help we can get.)

Back to the six. Initially it holds the energy of the family. This energy expressed as nurturing, caring, selflessness, serving others, literally the idea of parenting. Some would see this as mostly expressing the mother’s energy, however we all know examples of the father and even child holding this commitment to nurturing. So, you might ask yourself, why do some beliefs hold that a trinitized six energy holds some kind of beastly energy. That is strictly based on a fear and fueled by deep anger within. It is not necessary to feed that fear. We are given the opportunity to nurture and even awaken a deeply imbedded sense of self-worth and self-empowerment. This year will challenge us to look after ourselves while dedicating ourselves to the service of others. The family shifts the focus to home, to harmony within and efforts to protect the family.

We are also fortunate to have the “potential energy” represented by the zero. The beauty of potential is that it contains the possibilities for our success at creating a new reality. We are here to heal, to grow, to expand consciousness. Whenever we see the number zero, we can keep in mind, the universe is holding the potential for our success. The family is the first place that we look to when it comes to healing. Generally, it is because this is where we are first shown the issues we have come to this planet to heal. It can be very difficult to deal with some of these “family issues”. Sometimes a person can come to the conclusion that the initial family they were born into is not the ideal place to heal. You might able to identify the hurt, the pain, the tragedy, but unable to heal in that environment. Some need to expand their idea of family and look elsewhere to find support and nurturing. This is healthy. There is the potential to return and grow in that initial family, but only when you are able to change the pattern of interaction. The concept of family morphs, expands and this year has the potential for us to grow.

We mentioned the number 2 being about relationships. This year we will be given the opportunity to notice the value of prominent relationships in our lives. Some will be very beneficial to us and others will be revealed as unhealthy. We can be honest about them or make excuses. Sooner or later, they are going to be “in your face”. If you are going to make progress in your evolution, you will have to make a decision. Do you stay in a toxic relationship, or do you move on? This is especially challenging when it is with a family member. At this time, we are redefining, and expanding the meaning of family. We are choosing to be with people who feel more like family then just friends. Attention is required here. We can make the best of it with mindfulness and compassion.

Now let’s focus on some of the astrological phenomenon. This year will have several planets in retrograde. Mercury will retrograde four times this year while Venus and Mars, being the planets that retrograde the least, will also behave this way. What is this saying? It is a big message to slow down, reflect, reevaluate, initiate changes that have been pushed aside. We are being shown that it is time to look at the past and confirm where you are going. Evaluate the commitments we have made and the details of contracts we have accepted. In some cases, we would benefit from canceling or greatly altering them. The real beauty of this discipline is the creation of space and time for creative endeavors that have been on the sideline. Retrograde holds the potential for this to happen.

Consider this meditation for a moment.

In a safe quiet place, see yourself standing under the most pristine waterfall. The temperature is perfection, the air fresh and clean. You are letting go of all these harmful, negative energies you have just identified. The water is washing you free of their effect on you. You feel renewed, rejuvenated, and energized. Now dive into the bubbly, fresh pool of water. The air is ionized and exhilarating. Swim over to the large dry rock near the shore. Stand up tall with your hands to your sides and allow a new creative energy to rise up within you. Be silent knowing that this is your energy, your creativity emerging to be expressed. This is a beautiful time to state a simple yet profound intent.

“It is my intent to align my Divine Health, my Divine Wealth and my Divine Spirituality, now! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

This is how retrograde holds the potential for us. However, we must take the initiative. Otherwise, the plane is taking off without a unique passenger aboard. There is no room for excess, or toxic baggage in your carry-on luggage. Use this time wisely. Your creative dreams, wishes, intention will become crystal clear. You have done the preliminary work. Go for it.

Here is another heads-up. The Planet Pluto is going to have a huge impact on the United States this year. On July 4^th 1776 , Pluto was a significant force during the birth of the country. That is how long it has been since this alignment was in the heavens. What does this mean? Pluto can be a great force for transformation and renewal, and creation. However, it is also a force for decay, destruction, and breakdown. This is a core issue for the U.S. Corruption, deception, manipulation will all be revealed and the country will have the same opportunity we have to release, and purge itself of energies that no longer serve our higher destiny.

It is essential that we keep our eyes wide open, our hearts clear and our mind aligned to our highest potential. Be at peace with these changes. Trust that it is part of a very large picture that is cosmic in nature with the potential for expanded consciousness for humanity and Mother Earth. Wishing us all a beautiful, purposeful New Year.
